1.  How to book:- If you decide to stay at our villa please telephone or e-mail us with the dates

     you would like to go.  Providing it is available we can hold an option for a few days pending

     receipt of your booking form together with a cheque for 25% deposit of the villa price.  Please

     make the cheque payable to :-D. Sellers and send it to 312, Hardhorn Rd., POULTON-LE-

     FYLDE, Lancs. FY6 8DH.  We will then send you receipt and confirmation of your booking,

     the remainder being payable 8 weeks prior to your departure.  We regret that no animals are

     allowed.

2.  Cancellations:- Should you cancel before 8 weeks prior to your departure then you will loose

     your deposit.  Should you cancel after making the full payment there will be no refund on the

     villa price but we will refund the breakage deposit and any extras you may have booked in    

     full. It is essential that every person takes out holiday insurance from the moment of booking

     which includes cancellation cover, liability and personal liability cover.

3.  On Arrival:- You can occupy the villa from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival and must vacate

     it by 10.00am on the last day of your stay.  Whilst we aim to have the villa cleaned by 2.00pm

     on your arrival day this can sometimes be not completed in time.  If this is the case you may

     leave your cases in the villa and enjoy the pool and terrace areas while the maid completes 

     her work.

4.  Breakage and care Deposit:- Clients are responsible for any breakages, damages, losses

     and unfair amount of cleaning to the property and contents.  We do prefer clients to inform

     us during their stay of any damages  so that the matter can be rectified early.  This will

     ensure that there is no delay  returning your breakage deposit which will be returned

     within 14 days of your departure if all is satisfactory.
